AMERICA ’S ROCK N ROLL ARTIST

KAT, the Pop Artist from Dallas , TX has risen to the top of the US art scene over the past few years.  Being supported and collected by some of the top names in the music industry, KAT creates artwork that reflects the emotions that music makes us all feel.

Born in Austin and raised in Dallas , Texas , KAT's artistic talent was influenced early on by music. Having a family of talented musicians, she was exposed to many forms of music. Folk and bluegrass was the style her parents embraced, and KAT was drawn naturally towards Rock N Roll.

Throughout her Elementary and High School years, KAT excelled at her craft and started receiving critical acclaim at the age of eight and was selling her works by the age of fourteen. Acknowledged for her unique talent, KAT received a Scholarship to The School of The Art Institute of Chicago where she was classically trained in the Fine Arts.

The style in which she paints is truly unique and has had art critics say that “KAT is part of art history in the making for this century”.  Being compared to Andy Warhol, Peter Max and other Pop Art icons, she is leading the way of the movement that has caused many artists have a respect and admiration for what she has done to promote art to the American collector.

The future for KAT is bright.  She has projects in the works from Museum events to filming of TV shows that promote American art and artists.  KAT wants to make a difference in the world as well, using her voice to bring a spotlight on the needs of art and music education, animal rights and health issues that need the support of caring individuals
